Bengaluru
Bengaluru parcels arrive on the Kalasipalya and Yeshwanthpur transport lines, and are worked out to your part of the city from whichever of the two is nearer.

Whitefield
Whitefield sits at the far east of the city, past ITPL on the Old Madras Road side, so parcels are usually broken down in the city first and run out to the tech park belt after that.

Koramangala
Koramangala is close in to the centre, a short run from the Kalasipalya transport lines, which makes it one of the easier Bengaluru addresses to reach once a parcel has landed.

HSR Layout is laid out in numbered sectors off the Outer Ring Road, so the sector and block matter more than the street name when a parcel is being brought to you.

Indiranagar runs off 100 Feet Road and CMH Road in the east of the centre, near enough to the city transport offices that collection is straightforward if you would rather not wait in.

Electronic City
Electronic City is south of the city on Hosur Road, which is the same highway the parcel came up, so it is often one of the first Bengaluru drops rather than one of the last.

Mysuru parcels come through Bengaluru and are held at the transport offices near the city bus stand for collection.

Mangaluru is reached either along the coast through Kerala or over the ghats, and parcels are collected from the transport offices in the city.

Hubballi is the parcel hub for the whole of north Karnataka, and Dharwad orders are normally collected from those same offices.

Davanagere stands on the highway between Bengaluru and Hubballi, so goods pass through it constantly and it is an easy town to reach.

How your parcel reaches you
Once your payment is verified, your boxes are packed with the fragile items cushioned and the sound items kept separate, and the parcel is booked with a transport operator running to your town. We send you the operator name and the LR number on WhatsApp the same day.
When the parcel arrives, the transport office calls the mobile number on the booking. Carry your order number and a photo ID to collect it, and check the boxes before you leave.
Packing
Everything travels in its original sealed factory box. We do not open, mix or re-label anything, so the printed MRP and the listed contents are exactly what you receive.
Delivery questions
Why do crackers go by transport and not by courier?
Fireworks are classified as explosives, so they cannot travel by air or through ordinary courier networks. They move by registered road transport operators who are licensed to carry them. That is also why the minimum order exists: the transport cost does not shrink for a tiny parcel.
Do I get door delivery?
Where the transport operator offers door delivery to your address, yes. In most towns the parcel is held at the transport office and you collect it with your order number and a photo ID. We tell you which applies to you when we confirm your order.
Who pays the transport charge?
You pay it to the transport office when you collect the parcel. We do not add it to your bill, because the amount depends on the weight, the destination and the operator, and we would rather not guess and overcharge you.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Check the parcel before you leave the transport office. If a box is crushed or wet, ask the office to note it, photograph it and send us the photos the same day. We replace or refund damaged items.
Can you deliver outside Karnataka?
Not from this website. We serve Bengaluru and the rest of Karnataka only, so the transit stays short and the dates are ones we can stand behind.
How late can I order for Deepavali?
Deepavali is 8 November 2026. The last Deepavali order we can take for Karnataka is 1 November. Order earlier if you can, because the transport lines are at their busiest in the final week.
