Privacy policy
This policy explains what Namma Crackers collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to nammacrackers.com and to the WhatsApp and phone conversations that follow an order.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, mobile number, PIN code, state, delivery address and any note you add. That is the whole form.
- Your order itself: the boxes and quantities you chose and the total.
- On your own device: your order in progress is kept in your browser storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you submit it.
- Anonymous usage data: aggregate page analytics with no name, email or advertising identifier attached.
What we do not collect
No account, no password, no card or bank details on this website. Payment happens directly between your bank or UPI app and ours, and we only ever see the screenshot you choose to send us.
Why we need it
To confirm stock with you, to price and pack your order, to book it with a transport operator and to be able to answer you if something goes wrong. The transport operator gets your name, mobile number and address because they cannot deliver without them.
Who else sees it
The transport operator carrying your parcel, and our own staff. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to keep them. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not legally required to retain.
Your choices
Write to buycrackersindia@gmail.com or message +91 91080 01525 to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Clearing your browser storage removes the order in progress from your device.
