What this website is
This website displays our stock and takes your order. It is not a payment gateway. Following the Supreme Court direction on the online sale of fireworks, payment is taken separately after a person confirms your order, and the goods move by licensed road transport.
When an order becomes binding
Placing an order here is a request, not a concluded sale. A contract is formed only when we confirm the items and the final total with you and your payment is received. If an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or remove it before you pay.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax.
- The MRP shown is the price printed by the manufacturer on the box.
- Prices can change during the season. The price we confirm to you is the price you pay.
- The minimum order is ₹5,000.
- The transport charge is not included. You pay it to the transport operator when you collect your parcel.
Age
Fireworks are sold to adults only. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and that the person receiving the parcel is also an adult.
Delivery
Delivery is by registered road transport. Transit times given on this website are estimates from the day of dispatch and depend on the operator. We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport operator, weather, strikes or local restrictions, although we will chase them on your behalf.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for storing, handling and lighting fireworks safely, for supervising children, and for observing the bursting hours and any restrictions in force where you live. Read our safety guidance before you light anything.
Cancellation and refunds
See our refund and damage policy. In short: cancel any time before payment, and tell us the same day if anything arrives damaged.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
